At Unlimited Learning Career Center, we are committed to empowering women and underserved individuals to build sustainable, meaningful careers in technology. Our mission is to bridge the gap between untapped potential and real employment opportunities by providing accessible, job-focused training and support.
 

We understand that many individuals—especially those who have experienced abuse, hardship, or systemic barriers—face challenges that go beyond education. That’s why our approach is trauma-informed, supportive, and outcomes-driven, focusing not only on technical skills but also on confidence-building, career readiness, and long-term success.


Our programs combine technology training, employment skills development, mentorship, and job placement pathways to prepare participants for in-demand roles such as IT support, SaaS support, and remote customer service positions. We work to ensure every participant is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to transition into the workforce and thrive.
 

At Unlimited Learning Career Center, we believe that opportunity should be accessible to everyone. By creating pathways into technology careers, we help individuals achieve economic independence, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose—transforming not only careers, but lives.

Unlimited Learning Career Center was born from a simple but powerful realization: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.

Our founder, Olivia Urling, spent years working in technical support, workforce development, and training—helping individuals navigate systems, learn new technologies, and find employment. Along the way, she consistently encountered women who were capable, motivated, and ready to work, yet held back by circumstances beyond their control. Many had experienced abuse, career interruptions, or lacked access to the right training and support systems. Despite their potential, they were often overlooked by traditional hiring pathways.

Through her experience leading workforce initiatives and building training programs, Olivia saw a clear gap—most programs focused either on education or employment, but rarely both. Even fewer addressed the emotional and practical barriers that prevent women from fully stepping into new careers.

That’s when the vision for Unlimited Learning Career Center took shape.

The goal was to create more than a training program. It was to build a pathway to a fresh start—one that combines technology skills, employment readiness, mentorship, and real job opportunities in a supportive, structured environment. A place where women could rebuild confidence, gain in-demand skills, and transition into stable, meaningful careers.

Today, Unlimited Learning Career Center is focused on helping women move from uncertainty to independence by opening doors into the technology workforce. Every program, partnership, and service is designed with one purpose in mind: to ensure that women not only learn—but succeed, grow, and thrive.

Because when women are given the right tools and support, they don’t just change their own lives—they transform families, communities, and the future.

At Unlimited Learning Career Center, our team brings together expertise in technology, workforce development, coaching, and business leadership—all united by a shared mission to empower individuals to succeed.


Olivia Urling – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Founder and visionary behind Unlimited Learning Career Center, Olivia leads the organization with a strong background in technical support, workforce development, and training. She is passionate about creating pathways into technology careers and oversees program development, mentorship, and employment skills training to ensure participants are job-ready and positioned for success.


LaTasha Shaw – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

LaTasha manages the financial strategy and operations of the organization. She ensures sustainability, oversees budgeting, and supports growth initiatives that allow the program to expand while maintaining a strong financial foundation.


Shawn Shaw – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Shawn leads marketing and brand strategy, with a focus on social media, outreach, and community engagement. She is responsible for increasing awareness, building partnerships, and connecting participants to opportunities through strategic marketing initiatives.
 

Judith Gallardo, CPC – Chief Operating Officer (COO), Counselor & Coaching Specialist

Judith Gallardo is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) who provides counseling, career coaching, and personal development support. As COO, she brings experience as a former real estate brokerage owner, offering strong leadership and operational expertise. She helps participants build confidence, overcome barriers, and prepare for long-term career success.


Employment Skills Trainers & Mentors

Our team of trainers and mentors delivers hands-on instruction in technology, job readiness, and workplace skills. They guide participants through resume building, interview preparation, and real-world scenarios to ensure each individual is fully prepared to enter and thrive in the workforce.
